Different Flavors of Mini Muffins 
I baked a lot today! Bite-size mini tarts, bite-size mini muffins of 5 different flavors.
Super tiring day @_@ yet a very happy day for me too.. maybe because I have not been baking for so many months. Suddenly feel very motivated to bake.
I baked a batch of mini muffins for family picnic. Wanted to bake more different flavours but too tired already.
Flavours:
Chocolate muffin with chocolate chips
Coffee muffin with chocolate chips
Sweet corn muffin
Fresh blueberry muffin
Preserved candied ginger muffin
Especially bake more to give a dozen to my dearest buddy as her birthday is just round the corner. Although I did not bake a beautiful cake with frosting for her, it is afterall the heart that counts and hope she will enjoy these cute mini muffins with her family ^_^
