Four Types of Berries 
My brother bought the Anathoth three berry jam for us from Australia and it has been kept in my fridge for a couple of months as Mr Khong doesn't like the "seed" in the jam.
Don't want to waste it so I have been thinking and planning to use it for some bakes. We have been missing Pizza Hut crumble tart which was no longer in the menu for years. So I decided to use the berry jam to bake crumble tarts, together with the fresh blueberries which I purchased.
Four berries crumble tarts - blueberries, strawberries, boysenberries and blackcurrants.
Successful sweet treats - Very buttery and crispy tart crust topped with the filling and the buttery crunchy crumbles = Yummy yummy!! ^_^
The "seed" in the jam is not so obvious and uncomfortable to the mouth when bake with other ingredients for this tart. Shall try using it to bake some muffins next time.. hopefully they will be nice too.
